Accountability fixed in probation period

Sir, I work for a goverment bank. Currenty I am in proation. I was slected for marketing officer but is given the role of a general banking officer. Currently I look after the advance deartment. The bank has fixed accountability of some loan sanctioned prior to me for not collecting the Aod. Please help me Regards
