About bihar police driver post my name is not in merit list what to do

We are two friends from other state one from Delhi and one from UP.we both perform our best for this job till driving test and our driving test performance was good but in final merit list our name is not mentioned so what we will do legely please tell
there is nothing you can do legally, there would have been candidates who might have performed better then you both, you can try giving the test next time and perform even better. there is no point going legally as who wont get anything
