12 months salary not paid company not closed what action can i take

Hello Sir, I worked for a firm from 2009 but from June 2012 they stopped paying salaries to all the employees due to loss. They did not let employee leave as the management said they are getting an investment. Most of them continued working including me. I worked till Dec 2013 of which the company paid only 8 months salary. I did not receive my resignation letter, PF till date and salary is held. I faced lot of challenges due to their false commitments. Accept 2-3 no one is working in the company.The company is still not closed and the CEO doesn't respond and most of the time travelling USA
Send them a legal notice of the above issues and then file a recovery case for it. If they accepted their liability to pay the salary anywhere in email communication or otherwise then u could file a summary suit for Recovery of the same. For PF, if it is deducted from salary, the company is bound to deposit it, file a complaint against it.
