Married in Ukraine to Ukrainian girl she wants to file for divorce

I am an indian citizen working in state govt. Sector. I was chatting with a ukrainian girl on facebook. We finally meet in ukraine in may 2017 . she wanted to have baby as she was in 36 yrs old..and she said she loves me.she got pregnant and asked me to marry her. In dec. 2017 we got married in ukraine . In feb she gave birth to our baby . Now i went there to meet her , she is completely changed and said that she will go to ukrainian court and will file a divorcee case and will seek maintainace from me. I feel cheated and i am afraid that she will torture me mentally and financially. According to her actions it seems that she wants to keep the baby and want only money from me. I want to hav family and if i cant have it .how i can avoid this financial burden. She has already taken 3500$ from me in this short interval of time.

Yes of course you can see file a case. In the Indian court as well a complaint with the Ukrainian embassy. Also in the Ukrainian court. Please collect all evidence you have against her. Also is the child yours? Or was she pregnant from before? Kindly get in touch with a lawyer asap. Better you file case before she does

U have to fight case against him in india ,if u married in india, and u have to defend case in Ukraine , we provided facility to fight ur case in Ukraine. Fix a meeting with all relevant documents and detail ao that proper advise can be given to u. Pls remember delay defeat the justice.
