I want to marry an Iranian girl who is stuck in refugee camp in Srilanka. Is there anyway i can marry her and bring her to india ?
If you seriously want to marry her then go to Sri Lanka and marry her there and take her back with you after going through all the formalities and procedures required and register your marriage in India in a court

well refugee laws (international as well as state laws dealing with refugee) will first apply on the girl. also without seeing the relevant documents and the reason as to how and why she landed up in the refugee camp i wont be able to comment properly. kindly get in touch
