Do I need clearance for travel abroad from the court

I have a court proceedings against me, which is for a credit card fraud. I have to travel next week abroad. Do I need to apply for court approval to travel abroad?

Dear Sir/Mam,
yes, you do need to apply for permission to go out of India, as you have furnished bail and other formalities, the bail has some conditions and according to them you can not go beyond India without the permission of the concerned court.
so its better to apply for the permission.

Yes of course you need clearance. There have been innumerable cases where people have run away to other countries and taken asylum from persecution. If the court feels you are genuine and will come back and going for genuine reason it will permit you to travel
