CBSE Name Change not happening

Hi,nnI am Ankur Mittal, my name was Ankur Gupta since birth and in the year 2019 I changed my surname from Gupta to Mittal and got it approved via Govt. Gazette which I have as a proof. But now I have got a job offer from Ireland but my documents say I am Ankur Mittal and my education certificates say I am Ankur Gupta. I tried changing my name in my B. tech degree which I completed from MDU in 2011 but they are asking me CBSE 10th or 12 certificate as a proof but CBSE is asking me to upload all
Hi Ankur,
For this purpose, we will have to send a representation to the concerned authorities (i.e., MDU as well as CBSE) to make necessary changes but often enough they don’t pay heed to the representations which we give them and as such we have to approach the court and request them to direct the concerned authorities to do the needful.
In a nutshell, you will have to litigate. It’s neither too lengthy nor too time consuming but when they don’t act (which they generally don’t) you have to knock the doors of the court.
So if there’s anything that I can do, plz let me know.
