Beside our home a factory running which creating sound and dust pollution..complained to municipal authorities sound and pollution control board but nobody taking action
you can file a suit for injunction and in the civil court to stop the factory and also file an RTI as what action has been taken against the complaint given to municipal and pollution control board. so collect all the documents and also take some pictures and file a civil suit in court and also file an application to restrain them running the factory.
