Hello, for intervention application in Writ is charged upto 15 -20 k and it takes a week to file the same and be numbered by registry. Hearings depends on the stand and relief which you claim in writ petition. You can opt to file intervention by rechecking your stand and locus standi

And, before doing that Survey, one needs to figure out the type of survey which needs to be done.
