What is the average fees for intervening in writ petition filed by someone else in high court by lawyers inclusive of hearings and generally how many hearings are required. Thanks !

Depends on the case, frequency of hearing, seniority of counsel, gravity of a case and a number of other factors are considered before quoting fees. Typically, 5-6k per hearing is the average. For exact amount, you will have to consult in person and explain the matter

Hello, for intervention application in Writ is charged upto 15 -20 k and it takes a week to file the same and be numbered by registry. Hearings depends on the stand and relief which you claim in writ petition. You can opt to file intervention by rechecking your stand and locus standi

Well, what you are asking is not simple to answer. To quote you the average fees for intervening in Writ Petition filed by someone else in High Court, a Survey needs to be done in Society. And, before doing that Survey, one needs to figure out the type of survey which needs to be done.
