My younger brother was adopted by my real bua & my father in his registered will made in 2013 wrote that he has given sufficient amount to my younger brother & onwards he didn't have any right in any property. In secession certificate I'm only the legal heir after the death of my mother. Can my brother create any problem his SIR name is different & he acquired the property of my bua/fufer. HINDU
If your father had registered a WILL in your name then you are his legal representative and no other can claim any right over those properties which have been bequeathed to you through the registered WILL.
In order to prove the authentication of the WILL you can also file a probate petition for the same.

My ex wife filed 125 crpc maintenance case against me but then we both came to one time settlement and I have given her alimony and i have divorce order copy. But she has not withdrawn her 125 crpc case. My questions are 1- can she re open maintenance case? 2- can she ask education money for child in future after one time settlement?
Was it mentioned in the mutual divorce settlement that she will withdraw all the cases before the second motion? If yes then you can state the same in the court where the maintenance case is being heard.
Secondly, yes under the change of circumstances she can ask for maintenance for the welfare of the child

My father made a will when he was 60 years old. The will states that I will be the heir to ALL his Immovable property INCLUDING property X. My father is now 80 years old and has not made any other will. But in the last 20 years, he sold property X & from the proceeds purchased property Y and property Z. In the event of my father's passing away, will I still be the legal heir to all his immovable property (which now includes Y and Z, but not X)? Note: Property X was not an ancestral property.
See in this we first need to read the Will in great detail in order to see that whether has your father stated in the will that if in future he acquires any other property then in that case also will that property/properties will belong to you or someone else. I would require more details in order to guide you well.
