Maintenance case against my husband

My ex wife filed 125 crpc maintenance case against me but then we both came to one time settlement and I have given her alimony and i have divorce order copy. But she has not withdrawn her 125 crpc case. My questions are 1- can she re open maintenance case? 2- can she ask education money for child in future after one time settlement?
The answers for your question are as follows
1. If you both obtain divorce by the court then she is not proceed with maintenance case.
2. If it is mentioned in your settlement that you will pay one time settlement amount against child then she cannot claim but if its not then child can demand for his or her maintenance.

Sir first of all if there is a mention about one time settlement in your settlement deed so 125 case can be withdrawn and yes she can claim for maintenance for children if she ia not married to another person

Was it mentioned in the mutual divorce settlement that she will withdraw all the cases before the second motion? If yes then you can state the same in the court where the maintenance case is being heard.
