Wife put dv case and want divorce but i want to stay with her

My wife applied as domestic violence what shall I do for that she is ready for divorce but I am interested in living

You have to file a case to reunion with your spouse by the way of RCR petition and you have to express your love and affection towards your spouse. Then there is a body to reconcile you and your spouse, as it is a platform to reconstruct your bond.

If you want to live with her and does not want to be separated then In such case send her a legal notice asking to come and join the matrimonial company of yours , is she does not respond to the notice then you have to file case Restitution of conjugal rights and she has to come to court and answer why she does not want to live with you . First you find out why she not willing to stay with you. If you can do anything to make her happy try. Else go for mutual divorce will help you peace of mind in future. No one can not force to stay together and lead life. Try with your elders to counsel her.

Hi you can, when you are interesting to stay with her, then you can file a petition calling your wife through court to come and stay in matrimonial home and lead married life, you can tell to the court that you are not interested in divorce, but had not send us other details when your marriage had happened and why she put DVC case on you, so for further clarifications, you can contact us.

you need to meet in person with an advocate why this situation arose better with all details you can explain in front of advocate in person so you will get proper response with all details and better to get all response.
