Wife left our home and not receiving calls

My wife left our home with my 3 years old son and she has not been receiving my calls and also avoiding showing my sing over video calls. Please help as how can I approach legally to meet and see my son before we arrive at any conclusion .

Hi, your wife might have stopped co habiting you. You can send legal notice first for resuming co habitation with you. If she fails to do so then you can file Petition under Sec 9 of HM Act and interim custody application for meeting son.

hi in this case you can proceed to send notice for restitution of conjugal rights (resumption of marital life) along with your son if she denies to do so then you can approach the family court by filing petition for restitution under section 9 of HMA

Hello! I would suggest you to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and the court will ask her if she left because of a genuine reason and if she fails to give such genuine reason she will be directed by the court to come back home.
