Hello sir Mam My Question is Ever Thing is Right between me and My wife I Have Very Good Life at obe Point of Time than one mistake happen i Have 8lacs rupees to My in laws and i want My Money Back at My Sister marriage i am Not Back any Money but the Main problem is that My wife Not Help ing me I one Point of Time My earning is Very Good but now i Have Some financial Issues but still i Giving My Best My wife leave me We Have Two Kids one Boy 9 Year Old and Girl 4.5 Year Old 10 Year of marriage but still I am Not able to Understand her iam Totaly confuss She is Happy at our House Done Bed Here now Working as a teacher and Just leave the House
dear client if there are any issue between you and your wife do try to get it done don't go for legal action if still matter is not resolved then you can file a case against her if the children are with you and your family then the matter can be resolved by counseling between both of you for any help you can contact us

you have to file a case of under section 9 of hindu marriage act for restitution of cognugal rights. it is the case filed when one of the spouse leave the company of other with out any valid reason. u may call me to discuss ur case in brief as I am looking after many such type of matters relating to family disputes.
