Wife is separated not picking calls, even didn't inform about delivery

After marriage my wife is separated for silly reasons and she was pregnant in one month. she went to her mom's house with out my interest. I was not informed where she goes for checkup and even i couldn't travel because of covid lockdown, after lockdown release i went t o visit. but my in-laws started asking why did u come now, did you come to inspect us. And my wife started telling i won't come to your home and don't want see your parents face. she said to conduct baby shower in her place. i didn't react for that and said will think about it. But later even my parents said will do baby shower in your place to my wife they said not needed after this my in-law's came to my home and took all things including cloths, accessories. after this incident i was broke didn't speak to my wife. but they conducted baby shower without informing me. and even i'm not aware what baby is delivered. now it's 5months i'm not been informed about baby. our family went to see the baby they didn't show.

okay I understand your questions so now you want to see the baby right you have to file one case that is Gardian and ward act this case court give direction to your wife show the baby then you have to meet your baby thise way only you have so if you need I will do it contact me thank you

hi as you told in the above matter as a father you have right. if not allowed to you to see the child, it is nothing but harrasement. you can file a suit infront of court to get direction. for more contact me

firstly if you want to stay with your wife and with your child together and wants this marriage to work out then its under restitution of conjugal rights and can resolve the problem through mediation secondly if you want separation from her you can opt for divorce under mutual consent or challenge.
