Wife filed false 498a , 354, 420 ect also DV case against my family

Hello, My wife had filed 498a & DV cases against me,my senior citizen father and my elder brother who is schizophrenic, and she is staying with us only and enjoying, we have provided separate room. She has confessed multiple times that she has no issue with me (have proof) but she and her family targeting my father and brother and harassing us. In past she had committed suicide and she use to blackmail me for the same ,also for FIR. We have secured bail. Want to know where my case will go ?

The DV case will be tried before the Magistrate Court which is filed by your wife and such cases take time before they are decided by the Court. Let me know if you require any guidance in that regard.

Hello if your wife has filed false cases against you and your family then you can file criminal writ petition in high court for quashing of FIR and another option is facing trial which may take lot of time to be ended, these cases will never end immediately

If the allegations against the accused persons are not supported with any evidence and are so absurd and unreasonable in nature that no prudent person can believe the same, then you can approach the High Court for quashing the FIR. However, if the Chargesheet has not been filed, you must wait for the same., as the High Court will also ask you to wait till when chargesheet is not filed.
