Where can i file a case if my wife is not coming back to her home

Me Mari patni ke sath rahna chahta hu par wo apne ghar walo ke dabav me aakar rahne se mana kar rahi h. Me apna ghar bachane ke liye kya kar sakta hu.

You can file restitution petition for getting your wife back.
You gave to file then above petition in the family court or civil court.

First submit your full case detail. As per your question in which city you are reside please give detail. Such type of incomplete question can not be ask. Further also state that from when you and your wife are reside separately.

File application for restitution of conjugal rights before family court. The court where you both lastly reside and the place where you are having domicil you can file the petition accordingly in that family court. For further more information fill free to contact on my personal number.

You can bring back you wife by 1st sending a legal notice to her through a advocate. If she dosent comes then you can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights in family court where you are staying or she or you both have resided

Its very easy. If she is not interested to cohabit with you then send her simple notice of section 9 (hmp act) Then lodge a case against your wife in SD Court of HMP ACT SEC9 . Everything wilľb gone in your fevour.
