Q: How to file a case against someone in another country ?

I was staying in US with my husband around' 5 years and had lots up and down in the relationship with my husband and had vry bad times seen also now I am back to India with my daughter thought wil go bck to US but husband says he don't want me and also daughter to come there and he wanted to stay alone as his wish how can I face this further pls do help me not knowing the way wht to do but s stil need to face what comes, how to file complaint against nri husband ?

Nothing to worry, give a simple complaint in police station Or (महिला तक्रार निवारण केंद्र ) which is in Supritendant of police office near you. Police will call him and interrogate with him, they tried to solved your problem. Otherwise you can share your problem on my mail

Q: brother claiming maintenance charges of mother after her death

Sir ,My mother was with my brother for five years he was taking her pension along with my father's family pension now after her death he claims Rs 50000 PM from me as charges for services for looking after her and asking for the diff amt pl advice.

Q: Family residing in garage in our building premises creating nuisance

There is family residing in garage in our building premises creating nuisance. Ali though they have been living there for last so many years but for last six month's they are creating nuisance, making life difficult for the everyone. As they are living right under our flat, we suffer the maximum. Have filed police complaint but they don't seem to listen. Have obtained NC from local police station. Is there any way we can ask authorities to drive them out as in my understanding it is illegal to stay in garage. They are not paying any rent to their landlord for several month. Landlord too stays in the same building but are not willing to do anything about them.

Yes, there have provision regarding the same.First you can take information through police station by right to information act. If they dont give any response then you can file a letigation in court.

Q: Under which law a woman can ask for maintenance for her and her child

If wife living separate due to husband cruelty and she has a son and she want property for her child who is just 3years old and want maintenance. Under which law she can take protection?

Yes she can file a case against her husbond for maintenance and sharrepair in property. There is a prrovision in law under section Crpc 125 for maintenance . Maintenance for herself and her daughter also.

Dear Mr X, you can go to high court against Session court order. If session court also give you the same then you you can go through Supreme Court against the order. It's depend upon you case. The nature of case.
