According to Hindu marriage Can I send d notice of divorce on her email id? What if I don't receive any reply from her after sending mail. Is this valid??

Q: Bail rejected do i need to wait for 6 months to reapply in High Court

I have one important question as i guess my advocates are miss guiding me My friend bail application is rejected by magistrate and session Court He has been booked under section 384, 419,420,469,470 and couple of IT act Now we are planning to put his Bail application in bombay high Court but my lawyer are saying that if bail in high Court gets rejected than we can not apply for 6 month in bombay high Court for bail So it there any such provision ? And what needs to be done in this situation as the chargesheet is been filed he is in JC frm last 3.5 months And on what ground bail application gets approved? Thanks I'm advance

Q: Rape on false promise, what can be done

My case is that I was in a relationship with a Muslim guy for 4 years when I was 17 years old. He promised me and proposed me for marriage when I was 17 and I was not matured at that time so I blindly trusted him and we had physical relationship right from when I was not even 17 years old. At the very first time I even denied however he took me forcefully to his new flat claiming that he will show the new flat. This continued for 4 years. He also used to take money from me every time for petrol or some or the other reason and I also supported him financially. Later on by November 2016, I found him hiding and suspicious so I stopped helping him financially and the moment I stopped supporting, he said that he want to break up now and he was He also insulted my image and character between his friends who later on spread the same to other people which is affecting my social life

Q: Tatacliq harassing me for cancelled order what can be done

I had ordered a laptop from Tatacliq and I cancelled that order the very next day from website, I also received the refund for the same in my credit card account. After about 2 months they are calling me and telling me that the laptop was delivered to my address and they have POD for the order. I told them that I have not received the laptop but they say that it has been delivered and asking me to send laptop back or pay the money for the laptop or else they will file police case againt me. The POD provided to me does not have any ID proof also my signature is forged on the POD. Now I don't have the laptop also its been two months since their claim of delivery, how am I suppose to investigate about this laptop after so many days. I am really tensed with this situation, please help.

Respected sir so far your matter is concern it is not having any connection with consumer court. If they are harrassing you then you can file police complaint or private complaint against Tata cliq. So far as tracing of laptop is concern you are having any burden to track or face it out. The burden is up on company to trace it out.
