Mere pti ne bina btaye dusri sadi kar li h sadi kar lene k bad divoce ka case dal diya h or mene domestic violence ' mentence, section 24ka case dal diya h Lakin mere case ko 1year ho jayega pr koi solution nhi mila h na us ldki jisse sadi ki thi plz tell me about this problem and gave solution
If you have proof of 2nd marriage of your husband then file a case for declaring 2nd marriage null and void. Your facts are not complete therefore detailed opinion not possible. Ask court to expedite your cases of domestic violence. Demand maintenance and right to stay in his parents home. But it depends on actual facts of your case. You have multiple legal remedies.

Got the query . The case might be in family court , she can go to high court for early settlement . But it would be better to know to an Advocate , whether she also wants divorce ? Second , if her husband is in govt job or not , third do she has enough proof of second marriage .

According to Hindu marriage act your husband can not perform second marriage without obtaining divorce from his first wife. If husband performed second maariage without divorce then his second maariage is not legally valid and null and void in the eye of law.
