What to do when girlfriend parents beating abusing and torturing her

I'm Akash singh age: 26 and payal singh whome I love age: 20 we both want to marriage my family is agree but payal's family not agree because of she's my father's sister's husband's brother's daughter means (Fufa's brother's daughter). is it blood relation or illegal? her parents forcing her for arrange marriage and she had suicide attempts 3 times because she wants to marry with me. but her family don't care if she suicide they are treating both of us that they will kill us. her parents treating, beating abusing and torturing her so that she can change her mind but she can't. she will suicide. please assist me what should I do and who will help us please...thanks a lot. You both are entitled to get marry under law and you are not under any prohibited relations. You both may approach your District Marriage Registrar for getting married under special Marriage Act. You both will appear before Registrar and after one month notice your marriage will be registered.
