What to do if the husband is mentally and physically torturing me

My husband physically and mentally tortured me since 6 years. Now he left me with my daughter in his parent house. He threaten dat he LL take legal action n divorce me and he doesn't want to give me anything. His parent also mentally tortured and forcing me to leave the house. Dey threaten me that dey LL hurt my daughter. My father in law physically hit me, which my husband knows, but he didn't support and blame me for everything. His mom dad shouted at me many times when he was not dere and used abuse word also. They all mentally tortured me. Now my husband forcing and threatening me to live him. Otherwise he LL take legal action and divorce me. I don't have any place to go and don't Know any rights to get. My parent also don't want to take my daughter n my burden. What should I do?
