What to do if my wife remarries without my knowledge

I have Got Married With My wife in arya samaj mandir but soon With in a month my wife Got 2nd Marriage without taken divorce from me. Is this judicial in court as i have the Marriage certificate from arya samaj mandir
You should file Hebeas Corpus petition before the High Court and get your wife back from the person who is not supposed to hold her.
You wife will appear and state her position whether she wants to stay with you or not,what is her status visa vis you and the man she is presently living in.According to her statment you future course of action depends.
