I have Got Married With My wife in arya samaj mandir but soon With in a month my wife Got 2nd Marriage without taken divorce from me. Is this judicial in court as i have the Marriage certificate from arya samaj mandir

Her steps are illegal and you have a very good remedy in this matter. I've had the chance of dealing with quite a Few such matters but the remedy is very elaborate and detailed. What kind of Talaq is he talking about. I presume he is talking about triple Talaq. The said Talaq is totally illegal. There is no other mode of Talaq available to him as per law. He has to approach the court for dissolution of marriage. Because Muslim divorce act 1939 gives the right to divorce only to the Lady. For further details and in depth explanation I will need more facts.

Q: Legal action against fake seller of property who escaped with money

Sir, I purchased a land in begampur delhi approx 5 years before but i didn't get my land. Person whom I paid money he escaped and property papers are fake. What can I do??? Please help us. We can't afford fee of advocates.

you will have to file a complaint in your concerned police station with all the relevant details. They will take care of the provisions of law. In case they dont help and since you cannot afford a lawyer I suggest you approach the Legal Aid Cell of the Court that has jurisdiction in your case. If you fulfill the criteria of free legal aid then you will be given a lawyer free of cost to file and follow up and fight your complaint case.

It will all depend on the text messages and what mode has been used. Has the girl responded in any way will also be important. You can file complaints under provisions of criminal law and the IT act with various authorities and if they dont take cognizance of the same you are free to approach the court with your complaint

Q: Can cybercrime complaint be file on the basis of WhatsApp screenshot

Firstly tell me that....if the screenshot of whatsapp is my evidence then... validity of document is?? I mean agar apka screenshot old h 2-3yr old toh uske basis pe cybercrime complaint ho sakti h??

Firstly tell that how r you going to prove that the screenshot that u have taken is from a message sent by the person u allege has sent it. Secondly there is no way you can access data that old from WhatsApp. You can surely file a complaint but I am pretty sure it will be dismissed. After all for example I save my own second number in the name of ABC and send myself an objectionable message then take a screenshot. The screenshot will show the name of ABC, this way anyone can be made an accused. If u have archived or emailed the conversation then perhaps u may have a case.
