I have Got Married With My wife in arya samaj mandir but soon With in a month my wife Got 2nd Marriage without taken divorce from me. Is this judicial in court as i have the Marriage certificate from arya samaj mandir

Second marriage is void. File restitution of conjugal rights. Second marriage shall be declared as null and void provided you wish to continue your marriage with her. Substantiate the fact that she has married elsewhere

Q: Legal action against boy for fake promise of marriage

Hi my friend has levied rape charge on false promise of marriage as guy have cheated her had physical with her and she has some mails in which he has promised marriage to her .how much chances are there to get justice.

If the allegations are substantial then the chances are bright.However, if there is not much evidence and these are false allegations then its better not to go ahead with such plans. You may explore other options in that case.

Q: What to do when minor brother & sister on scooty got hit by bus?

my brother (14) and sister (16) was on scooty and waiting for road clearence to cross the road and then dmrc bus hit them and my brother and sister both of them have serious head injurious and dmrc driver is run after hiting them my brother and sister both minor and have not a licence. what i do and what case apply on dmrc driver or dmrc bus service. and what effect on us after case due to minor children

There’s be implications on both the parties I.e the victim and the accused Driver of DMRC. Pcr call made or not?? Who and how will the accused Driver be identified. Fir registered or not and a MACT claim will have to be filed.

Q: How to transfer 498 a case from Vijayawada to Delhi

 My wife filed 498 a case against on me on 2013 in Vijayawada (Andhrapradesh) Mahila police station present court hearings going on in Vijayawada Court. But due to my job purpose I was settled in delhi from last 3 years, every time for court hearing purpose iam difficult to getting leave from office and also every time I was unable to travel such a long journey. So please we need your valuable suggestion in case transfer topic from Vijayawada to Delhi. ?

Transfer petition in Supreme Court of IndiaChances of getting relief are bleak unless you have some plausible reasons as to why you need such a transfer and the sheer fact that it is inconvenient for you to travel will not help.
