Bidai a jo case unhone kiya tha agar wo pending hai to date par jakar kahiye ki mai sath jane ko taiyar hu.
agar wo petition khatm ho gya h to wo log agar nahi le ja rahe h to ho sakta h ki unka intention ladki ko bagair chhode doosre shadi karne ka hoga.

First of all you should not have filed the case of Domestic violence, because Final Report is the only fate of the Case as they will be able to prove that the wife did not stay with them. Now in order to get Divorce from the Husband you need to file an application under Section 2 of Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939 because the husband has neglected or has failed to provide for her maintenance for a period of two years.

Ans_kya mokhadma kiya? Agar larki wale galat nai to face karen aur cheezen nahi sudhar sakti to dusri shaadi kar len behtar zindagi ke baare main sochen.

Sabse pahli bat ladke paksh ne jo mukadma app qayam kiya hai uska kya status hai or dusri bat apne kewal DV act ka case file kiya hai or uska kya status hai or rhi bat apko le jane ki agar bolta hai ki court me hoga uss par amal karega to ye ekhi date me khatam ho jaiga, jhan tak le jane ki bat hai to zarur lekar jaiga.
