hi I am Sanat, i am in a relationship with a girl and we are both adult, now we want to marry, my family has accepted our relation and they are agree for our marrige but the prob is her family not agree because i am from west bengal and she is from lucknow but i am doing job in lucknow, so if we get marry in Arya Samaj what are the legal action her amily may take against us ????

Her has family has no locus standi to take any legal action against if you both had attain the of majority. Because right to marry is your fundamental right so don't worry about any legal action which is suppose be to be taken by the family of future wife

Sabse pahli bat ladke paksh ne jo mukadma app qayam kiya hai uska kya status hai or dusri bat apne kewal DV act ka case file kiya hai or uska kya status hai or rhi bat apko le jane ki agar bolta hai ki court me hoga uss par amal karega to ye ekhi date me khatam ho jaiga, jhan tak le jane ki bat hai to zarur lekar jaiga.

Q: Legal action against false dowry & harassment allegations

I have been married for almost three years. In the beginning my married life was running very well. After one year I had blessed with one Baby girl than my mother and my father decides to live with us but my wife and her family does not like this, they all told me that why your parents are living with you. I am the only son of my parents they have no option except me. Very soon this problem was sort out but after some time she started complaining why my dad and mom staying here and my wife started harassing me to do what she wants, otherwise threatened that she will file dowry /harassment etc.

Dear friend your mother and father is your responsibility thus take care of them and as far as dowry case is concern, the cases are decided on the basis of the evidence not oral submissions thus don't worry about the threats of frivolous dowry case.

Q: How to apply for divorce if couple residing separately for 6.5 years ?

what is condition of divorce if husband and wife are not living together from 6.5 years.

If condition are worst to live jointly between husband and wife, there is no legal impediment or bar to file divorce petition in accordance with Hindu Marriage Act but if you want to file mutual divorce petition, one year judicial separation is must.
