Aap apne boss ko ek legal notice de dijiye paise ki maang karte hue. Legal notice advocate ki taraf se jaega jisme paiso ki maang hogi. Legal notice se aapke boss lo ya toh aapka paisa dena padega ya toh jawab dena padega ki paisa kyun nahi de rahe hai.

Better would be if you can collect proof first and then file an FIR. This will in turn facilitate the investigation. otherwise chances are that a final report maybe filed due to lack of evidence or proof

Yes you can file a Divorce Case in the Lower Court seeking a Decree for Divorce with Cruelty as a Ground. Though Your situation is a good case of irretrievable breakdown of marriage and well covered under judgment given in the Naveen Kohli Case but since it has still not been incorporated as a ground you will have to take help of the ground of Cruelty.

First of all you should not have filed the case of Domestic violence, because Final Report is the only fate of the Case as they will be able to prove that the wife did not stay with them. Now in order to get Divorce from the Husband you need to file an application under Section 2 of Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939 because the husband has neglected or has failed to provide for her maintenance for a period of two years.
