Q: Mental harassment by brother in India

My brother has been harassing and torturing my family (mother, father, younger brother, and me) for the last 8 to 10 years. Despite my father asking him to leave the house and live independently, he has not taken it seriously. He drinks daily and comes home in that condition every evening after his job. I want to file a police complaint against him so he leaves the house and my parents and younger brother can live peacefully. I work in Gurgaon and visit home once a month. Could you please advise the right way to complain about mental harassment by my brother and what steps I should take? can I file police complaint against brother? Question: My brother is doing harassment n tourture of my family ( mother, father, younger brother, me). From last 8 to 10 yrs this situation is same.. My father said him to leave the house and do his job and live on own but he did not take it seriously... He durnk Daily n came home in that condition every evening after his job.... Now i wanted to file n police complain agaist him so he leave the house n my patents n younger brother live peacefully.....i am also working n live gurgaon n come home ones in a month. Could you please advise the right way of complain or what should i do.... Thanks in advance for your advice.Answer:-IPC 323 and 324 is applicable here , however you better ask someone else to lodge the complaint against him because your lodging the complaint will spoil your family relations.Just to taught him to live like a good civilian in a civilised manner, that is acceptable in the society and beneficial for him and others.

How should she proceed considering all attempts of negotiation have failed and she is very poor?Ask your relatives separate residence,or take a job ...it's their responsibility.Physically she is any way week,help her in convincing her in-laws

Q: Legal remedy for return of original documents from college

Sir I have taken admission last year in  homeopathic medical college through conselling But I want to discontinue to the course . When I ask college to discontinue and return my original documents . They said they have to pay reaming year fee as seat will we vacant .then only they will return my documents But sir I can't give this much amount and why should I give when I am not studying I have again return application to principal informing him that I can't give money and pls return my documents before 5/06/2018 .beacuse I need them to submit in other college. They said that they will put this application in management meating. When I ask how much time it will take he said it may take 10 month or more he can't comment on that. But sir I need my documents before 05/06/2018 beacuse I have to summit them in other college where I am taking admission. So sir pls tell how I can get my documents before 05/06/2018 without giving reaming fee amount
