You have to File 125 crps it will take time not fixbut judgement will pass in your favour and fix ammount as maintanance.Ammout will be depent on your husband income.There is many problen regarding 125 case contact to me for right way.



Q: What are the rules for giving alimony to wife

I know 2 rules of giving alimony to your wife in case of divorce, 1/3rd of your monthly salary to be given monthly or give 3 years of salary at one go. Is there any other rule for the same?

No there is no any particular rule to give alimonyIt is depent on income how much husband earn. After considering the all facts Court fix ammount .either One time settlement on 125 crpc May fix per month maintenance.



Q: How much maintenance can I claim from my husband

I want divorce from my husband. He is abusive, alcoholic and takes drugs. He and his father has taken a good amount of dowry and also the jewellery. I have a son of 2 years and marriage is of three years. My question is what can I claim when asking for divorce?(hindu matrimony)

It is depend upon Court views to fix amount .you should demand highest amount by showing his income.Claim from you all you and your sons also .You can also file 125 crps for monthly maintenance. and also file some criminal cases .

I wanted to know that if me and my boyfriend marry each other and seek protection from my father from High Court then if something happens to my husband will my father be punished? Suppose he didn’t hurt my husband directly but made someone else do it.

Ye to Lazmi h ki agar aapke Husband ke sath kuch hota h to investigation aapke family member par jayegehi.Hunband ke ghar wale directly Aapke family member ke khilaf FIR kara sakte hain ki unhone crim kiya h.
