Before she send you a legal notice you send her that stating that her activities and behaviour towards you brought enough mental pressure to which you cannot bear anymore and subsequently you won’t bear her threats further more and if she’s continued with her threats you will file a criminal prosecution against her. Also please state that you are not liable to disclose your personal documents to anyone especially when the approach is not through a proper channel but through threats!!

Listen ur cousin paternal just can't threaten u to provide ur SC to her to enable her to apply hers. It's totally ur discretion whether to provide her or not. No court can intervene in this regard as it's maintainable underany prevailing laws india. On the contrary I can tell u what action u can initiate against her to teach her a lesson. . But for that u contact me personally after paying my fees online towards my services for consultation. The rest is upto u.

What's the harm? If you give one copy of the SC certificate of your own to your father's brother's daughter there would be no harm. It is the part of the enquiry of the administration to get one copy of SC certificate of the family.

You can file a criminal case against your ex-husband under Section 420 and 191 IPC for cheating and perjury, respectively.
You may also file a contempt petition under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 within one year of the commission of contempt.
