Q: Is divorce required for unregistered marriage ?

Married 1year ago but registry not done. And we are staying separately after marriage itself. Now want to leave alone as I don't like him at all and i was against these marriage but due to family pressure i have married. So do I required to give divorce or mutual divorce ? i thnk divorce is not required as there is s no legal proof.it is a hindu marriage. is divorce required for unregistered marriage in india?, please clarify

If the marriage be a social marriage then there are certain Court process through which you may get divorce after filing proper case before the Ld.Court oterwise it is very difficult to get divorce legally.

Q: If my mother remarries who will be my father in birth certificate

After my biological fathers death my mother married to my uncle.in my my birth certificate my biological fathers name is written as fathers name but in my voter id, school college certificate adhar pan driving license my uncles name is written as my fathers name.my question is can I face problem in future for police verification if the want birth certificate.

Your biological father is your only father. Once in birth certificate your father's name has been registered, it can't be changed at any time under any circumstances. You will face problem if your others documents hold different father's name.

Q: What to do if my cousin is threatening me to send a legal notice

Dear sir/madam, I am a Scheduled Caste, my father's brother's daughter, who wants to create a sc certificate now, she wants a copy of the sc certificate from us, I was not willing to give it, she threatened to send me a notice from the court, What I do next? Really a problem?

What's the harm? If you give one copy of the SC certificate of your own to your father's brother's daughter there would be no harm. It is the part of the enquiry of the administration to get one copy of SC certificate of the family.

Ha gharme aapka haq hai. Aapka ehi saddi ki registry hua ki nehi bataya nehi. Pahela saadi divorce hua tha ki nehi u bhi nehi bataya . Bachha aapka aabhi hai ki nehi aur pahela bala saadi ka koi bachha hai ki nehi u bhi batayie.
