What to do if i am having problems in my marriage

In this april my mom passed away between this period my aunty all so passed away in kanpur so me and my wife both went to kanpur for one day in her cremation my wife is from kanpur as we were in kanpur so my wife told me stay their in kanpur for two days reason she told me her mother has an operation of her knee tomarrow so her mother wants her help in hospital so she told me to go back to agra and she will come after a week now all most two months have passed she is not ready to come back so i investigated why she is not coming i find that she has an illegal relationship with other person with that person she talks regularly and send and recieve whats app chat which shows thier is a sexual relationship between them and she has taken all gold of my and my mother all so from home and has taken 2 lacs cash from home and my daughter als and now she and her family are forcing me for divorce and charging me for false allegation such as physical torture and dowry act

look if you have the evidences of her loos character as sexual relationship with other person so its called extramarital relationship. second thing if she has illegal relationship then one thing is very clear that she will never be loyal worthy with you then it is better that collect some strong evidences and pull her in court for divorce on the legal ground of her loose character ..you can contact me for the further details ..

do you have some documentary evidence regarding she has some illegal relationship whatever paper which are in your favor do collect them regarding money matters or else and file an FIR against it then after case can be in ur favor.

Dear Client,
I have gone through what exactly are you looking out from this. I presume continuing being in this relation is the option. You can lodge an FIR taking bigamy and adultery as the ground and along with that file a divorce petition on the ground of mental cruelty
