What should one do when a false case filed under Domestic Violence Act

Wife filed false complaint in CWC cell under section 498A and DV act also file court case for divorce, maintenance and DV. Please suggest should I file section 9 or not. What should I do safeguard me and my family. Already appeared 3 times in mahila thana but no resolution comes out.

If the wife has filed a case under the DV Act then you should file a petition for fir quashing in the hc and in case the court refers the case for mediation then negotiate with the wife and his relatives.

No use of filing section 9, when 498A is already filed. Go to advocate and seek advise for Getting Bail from High court . also appear in CWC and see if matter can be resolved over there. For Domestic violence and Maintenance wife has to show certain evidence however you should contact advocate as early as possible.
