You have certain legal remedies to avail. A complaint well drafted through a lawyer can be filed with police authorities concerned seeking action. Further a legal notice to refrain that person from tarnishing your reputation can be issued through a lawyer. Defamation Suit for claiming damages Can also be filed. You may connect for consultation

First of all rather than going legally it's advisable for you to serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write down that either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. And if after that there is no positive response then you can always file a complaint in writing to the Police Station.
