I am 27 years old and my girlfriend is 29 years old. My girlfriend got married 2 years ago in February. And they both stayed together for 3 days , And both of them have also signed mou of separation , And there is no response for divorce since last 2 years. We even called but no one responded.Now we want to get married. So can't we just get married? And how can we do without response?

if you are a Muslim then it will not apply to you and if your gf is Muslim then she has to respond the legal authorities but if you and your gf are Hindus by religion then she has to get a mutual divorce from the court then you guy's can go for further formalities with advice of your counsel.

Hi A person is calling my wife and provoking her against me that I am a liar and sending her my old pics on what's app before I married my wife with my ex girlfriend normal dating pics and trying to tarnish my image and mentally frustrate my wife via same telling het that she married a play boy, what legal action can I take against such a person, I know the persons name, number and city of residence. How can I legally tackle this issue.

you can lodge an police complaint against him and can send him behind bars and even you can charge him under the banner of defamation and sue for demages under the sections related to defamatory statements against you he had to pay you if proven guilty

I got one notice from police station stating that I bought a land from a person and that person did suicide after 5 month.It is mentioned that they are investigating under CRPC 174.I got selected for government job & they asked1st)Have you ever been prosecuted?(i.e has a charge sheet in a criminal case been filed against you in any court of law)2nd) Is any criminal case pending against you in any Court of Law at the timeor filling up this Attestation form?What to fill I got notice only ?

it's just a notice and it can't be right, there may be some clerical error in it or the address present in it may be not mentioned rightly there may be many ifs and buts. if you are sure you don't have done nothing like they are claiming then nobody can even touch you. but you have to oblige the notice as there is some authority behind it and that's judiciary

it's totally illigal nobody can touch you even if they are your friends relatives or nears and dears. ao what you can do is either settle the matter bu mutual or lodge a complaint against him. And you can file against him in court also
