What is the process to get a divorce within 1 year of marriage?

I am 22yeras old girl I do a registered my marriage he is 25years old on may 2017 with out my parents knowledge.we both are Hindu we both are not to start a life as a husband and wife. Now my parents now that and he convinced for getting divorced from him. I decide to getting divorce.but he did not ready to give divorce from me. what can I do. I can get a divorce from him. It's any complications to get divorce and how long wait to get a divorce

There should be a valid ground for divorce as per law. Simply saying that you want a divorce means its hard to get an order from the court. No body can tell the time for divorce if it is a contested one. If it is a Mutual consent divorce can be finish it off in three sittings, means minimum 6 months at the most. So think over and decide.

Hello madam after one year only the process of divorce can be done as per Hindu law and in your case if the marriage is happened by fraud or any other reasons means v can file a petition for declaring the marriage as null and void it can be finish in one year
