What is the legal to procedure to separate from parents

I am 20 years old and i want to seperate from my parents as they torcher me mentally and they do not allow me to live with them they do not provide me anything and now i legally want to seperaye for them. What is the legal processor for that?

As per the query asked by you I would like to tell you that you can file a partition suit in the civil court for the redressal of your grievances, and also file a maintenance petition in the civil court.

It is very simple. You try to be independent by earning your livelihood and live separate from your parents. When you are dependent upon them, it is difficult to live separate. A person can't avail both the facilities

If you are 20 years old you can easily stepout from your family but you don't have any legal right to claim any kind of maintenance. now its your discretion that whether to stepout or not from the family relation.

If your parents are tourchuring you , as per law of the land you have every right to get yourself sepreated. Contact a good lawyer, apprise him about the fact and act accordingly as per his advice. You will get remedy.
