Q: Blank signed cheque got stolen, cheque bounce cases has been filed

My father is businessman and he normally signed blank cheque in his office (Which only need amount to fill to encash cheque). In 2014 dad found that his cheque is missing after fired few employee and he submit complaint into police station regarding stolen cheques. Now in 2017 dad keep getting court notice from different cities regarding those cheque bounce. I don't know who is the lawyer of dad, He/she keep submitting FD, Bike RCs for bail at first court date. Till date dad lawyer submit around 3-4 FD and RC to court to get bail (As dad told us) but this sound illogical to me. In frivolous cheque bounce case its necessary to get bail first then things will go on or the lawyer making us fool. Tom is another bike RC is going to die in Somewhere in UP court Note: Dad already filed complaint to police station and bank regarding those cheques.

no bail as such is required i am sorry but there is some fraud from the side of ur fathers lawyer .if he has done police complaint at that time then no one can use those cheques against ur dad . further help i can provide you personally and make you understand well feel free to call anytime

Sir u can file a case under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act i.e restitution of conjugal rights and I assure u that I will assist u in bringing back ur wife to u as a no one can marry again without divorce if that are already married otherwise a there is clear picture of bigamy
