Want to save my niece from her mother

My bhabi tortures her 3 years daughter alot even she beaten up her alot she tortures her and also said that i can kill you one day so what can i do? How do i protect my niece?

hi where is there father of the girl child what he did and can he is also involve in this matter if yes then there is another process which we will discuss if you want and if he is not involving in that whole matter so he can easily move an application regarding CWS of concern district thank you

First collect evidences like photos video when she torture her and you can file an complaint to Police station or Child welfare commision CWC, you can also file custody matter at court, if you want to take the custody of that child you have more other options,, if you want to discuss further search me on Google AK Rohilla Advocate Rohtak
