Want My Kid Back.As He Is Staying With Mother In Law

Hi All, My wife left my house and took my 15 months kid along with her As per my research: Child less than 5 years should be with mother, so I have sent him with her As of now, my kid is with my mother-in-law at Hyderabad, I and my wife are staying apart in Bangalore The reason behind sending my kid is that he will stay with mother, but she left the responsibility of kid and staying away from him. Is it fine to leave a kid like that? In this situation can I tell them about this and ask them to drop my kid at my house? If yes how to proceed, is it legal or I should ring them up and tell Please guide me

Therefore you have option to file G & WC case against your wife as well as in-laws for custody of your child.
