mere dada ji rne mere chacha chachi ko jamin se bedakhal kr diya ,papperwork ke sath keo ki usne pure parivar pe rape,marpit,chori,daketi,dahej lagaya,jisme papa ko 3 mahine or fufa ko 3 mahine jail m rahna pada bakiyo ko bail mil gya ,dubara usne fhir case kiya marpit lekin case false ho gya, pahle wale m hm jit gye dusra wala hua hi nhi, dada ne unko bedakhal kr diya court se papper banwaya , fhir v ghar m jhagda hote hi rhta tha dada ka heartattck se death ho gya ,or ye sb yaha se jane ka naam nhi le rhe or jaan se marne ki v dhmki de rhe h,jane ke lie 5lakh mang rhe ,kya karu jisse inko yaha se nikala ja sake yaha se.
As per ur case u have to apply for a criminal case against Them before C. J. M court and filed informatory petition in the court. As ur grandfather has removed them from family u need to show that they have no rights over property.
