Transfer Petition Regarding Matter Of Family Court

I have a case against me in Family Court in Uttrakhand for maintaince. I Want to get it transfered to Mumbai..is it possible
Yes transfer of case is absolutely possibly by filing a Transfer Petition before the Supreme Court.
We will have to state cogent grounds for sustaining such a Petition and if the Court is satisfied then only it gets transferred.

hello client aa i can see ur issue is possible . ues it is possible to get the case transpher from one place state to other state place . it can be done but it can only be done through supreme court of india only . for transpher if case we can only get order from suprme court of india only.

Transfer of litigation from one state to another state is dealt by Supreme Court only. You have to file one transfer petition in Supreme Court to get one case transferred to another state. We may be of good help in Delhi in Supreme Court.
