If you're feeling that your husband is controlling you that might be behavioural problem you can talk to him to sort out the problem but if you're thinking that his behaviour is like a mental quality to you then you can see separation for sometime to understand him or yourself this is the one legal remedy is there otherwise you can have otherwise you can ask for divorce on the basis of mental cruelty.

Dear Madam, I understood your position. You have to give a shock to your husband by filing Domestic Violence case restraining him from committing Domestic Violence against you in a silent way which caused and causing mental torture to you continuously. Thus, the Court will issue a notice to him and he may be correct himself after knowing the consequences.

if you are not happy with the relationship it is better you file a petition for divorce, claim permanent alimony or maintenance and stay away from him and continue your own independent life, the examples you gave are nothing but a case of domestic violence which includes both mental as well as physical torture, you can get divorce on ground of cruelty and by his behaviour as stated by you it will not be possible for you to lead life with such restrictions, hence better to get seperately by receiving all that things such as permanent alimony, stridhan and other things which you are entitled to under law.
