well looking at your greviance I would suggest you to file a complaint in CAW Cell regarding the same and then you can file a case in court on mental and physical cruelty.
when your husband is not involved in this, why don't you take the help of your husband?

Dear lady, there are two options for you one is for getting maintenance, seperate home to live and have a protection order from court restraining these all persons under Sec 12 of the PWDV Act and other is to file a complaint with woman cell police station of your area. by which only a criminal case will go on against these accused persons. Pl meet an experience and prudent Advocate on this field.
