To get a separation from my father

Hello ,
My name is jyoti (20 years old ) living in north west delhi -110088 with my sister , mother, grandmother and father including his brother"s family.
so my problem is that my father abuses us mentallly and emotionally.
he used to beat my mom , do things which are not tolerable at any cost.
my mother is a house maker , she have no source of earning money. He doesn't give us money and he is greedy too .
from a very long time my uncle ( mom's brother ) helping us financially.
Being an adult ME ( 20 years old ) and my sister( 18 years old ( we both wants to have our part of property from my father and want a separation from him.

if you want separation you can file a case against him in court, you can file a succession case or dv case against him, you have two choices , you can file criminal and civil case against him. i will tell you these steps in details ans for this you have to come to my office. thank you

In this case first of all file a domestic voilence case against him nd in the same ase claim monthly maintaince feom your mother's side. Nd you and your sister can file suit for partition against your father inwhich he will give you the share from his property.
