take someone else's land in your own name

Sir my maternal grandfather had four brothers and one maternal grandfather had a girl whose we are boys and one of my maternal grandparents had one boy and two maternal grandfathers also had one boy but one maternal grandfather took my land and gave it to his son but it has been forged Please listen to me and contact us sir please please

Good morning I'm Advocate Vivek Mishra well according to your case this is ancestors property or your father owned property as first I would like to know this if this is ancestors property he can't to such like this for more information kindly contact me . thanks

You can file suit for partition claiming your share in the property and if it is ancestral property but you have not received your share being legal heir then of course you should go for case filing to get your share in property
