Q: ŔWA charges for giving NOC to sell flat

RWA is asking 0.5% of total sale value plus GST to give NOC to sale my flat. Is it legal ,as we are paying maintenance and other charges. And are these charges same all over the state

have you signed any document that they will provide a NOC if you are selling your flat if not then it's illegal and you may send notice through advocate asking them to give you NOC. and if you have signed any document that you will give certain amount to receive NOC then you will have to pay otherwise not .

Q: Need a lawyer to withdraw my sec 9 application

Hi my sec 9 date is listed for tomorrow. I need to withdraw my case as divorce as been filed. I need one lawyer in lucknow who can withdraw the case of sec 9

Q: Delay in handing over of flat possession

I purchase of a flat Yamuna Expressway.As per the said agreement it should be handed over till (15th August 2015 extended 6 months). But still not handed over yet. Since i have already paid 95% of the agreed flat purchased amount. Still they are saying that will take 6 months more to complete the flat and handover till June'2022.However I been went to the side location recently last two months back and the side location conditions is not good , as per the discussed with Labour and Contractor and they stated that builder is not paying their amount hence building construction work has stop last 1yr.This has caused severe mental anxiety to me and family. I am unnecessarily paying rent from stay at another flat and also paying interest on the home loan taken from the bank, which is causing additional financial stress for me.Please give me a valid suggestion, that what should i do on this issue.

you can file a case in rera and get you amount refunded from the builder aur for delay in handling over the flat to you on time rera will ask the Builder To handover the flat aur might ask the Builder to refund your money .

Us ladki ne mana kr diya ki mera usse koi matter nahi h Sir wo ladki ab ghar se nikal kr khai chali gayi h . Ladki ke ghar ne mere khilaf fir likh wa di h Bhaga le jane ki jabki ladki mere pass nahi h . Or kisi trah mere ladki se baat ki usko bola h apne gahr chali ja to wo kha rahi h mujhe apni jaan ka khtra tha isliye m ghar aayi hu m vapas nahi jaungi .Courte me ja kr bol sakti hu  ki m apni marzi se bhar ayi hu lekin meri safty ki grantee leni hogi Sir please  reply me I case m kya ho sakta h

aapke case mein ladki Apna statement de sakti hai ki vah apni Marji se Ghar Se Nikali thi aur ismein aapka Koi support nahin tha yah Byan 164 164 main hoga statement ke Zariya aap is case se nikal sakte hain. statement aapke favour Mein hoga Court aapko FIR Mein likhi dharaon se aapka naam Hata Degi

Q: Father is troubling my mother financially

My father does not provide enough money to my mother for her expenses. He's rich and earns more than enough money. Also since the day I have started working he hasn't provide me a penny instead asks me of my money and wants all my money. I do not want to give him my money. He I'll treats my mom and probably suffers from an undiagnosed mental health issue. He thinks my mom wants to kill him and has been poisoning him since last 10 years. He has been going around the city telling everyone the same. We belong to Muslim religion but my parents had a inter religion marriage which means they have done a court marriage. Please help what steps to take to protect me and my mother.

please confirm whether your mother resides with your father or not . incase she is not residing then you may file a a case for maintenance under section 125 CRPC . depending upon the income of your father your mother will get monthly payment from your father.
