Succession certificate of my Mansi in bank and nominee is her sister.

27-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My aunt (Mansi) died without a will and she was unmarried but in her all bank account she has nominated my mother means her small sister . But my nani is claiming that amount without any succession certificate and she is 93 years old and she receives pension of rs 45000/- per month. So, pls can tell that what we can do for that case whether the case is in my favour or not and if I will apply for succession certificate what is the fees I had to deposit . In her bank A/C she has around 18 lakhs and on 18 aug she died Pls help that is that case in my favour then only we will fight for that otherwise not so pls suggest. Thank

See as per the law and rules your aunt's has all the right to claim the amount but since your aunt has made your mother the nominee, we can claim the amount and we can fight this before the court if required. kindly contact me and will discuss in detail.

hello as per your query I would suggest you to file for a succession case in lower court making your nani opposite party. For further information on this contact me with the registered mobile no with lawrato.

agar aapki mother aapki aunty k bank account me nominee h to unki death k baad aapki mother ko kanooni roop sa unki bank deposit milega agar aapki naani koi problem create kr rahi h to aap apni naany ke viruddh succession ka suit file kr sakte ho court aapke fevar me succession jari kr dega
