Sub:-harassment of my aged sister by sister son

Sir,My 72 years old widow sister living in Guthawali village of Bulandshahar UP is being harassed by sister son, his wife and also their children .They are not taking care of my aged sister and harassing her. My Sister is also suffering stone in gall bladder n eye problem. I m also 64 years aged staying Noida is very much worried towards my sister.nkindly advise me.nksingh,Noida

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your sister can file a detailed complaint against them not in short whatever problem she is facing under senior citizens act she will definitely get relief if not then you can file a petition for that but your sister has to initiate against them for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Hello sir, Your sister is senior citizen and in India the senior citizens have many rights against his children's so if her son harassed him then in this situation she can file the case in the court as well as file the complaint in front of the supritendent of the police of Bulandsher. After doing this her problem may solved. you can also filed the complaint on behalf of her thanks
